Is Facebook taking over the internet and will SEO soon stand for Social Engine Optimization?
Facebook is attempting to change the internet, they have begun integrating with websites all over the internet to become a mammoth entity that is challenging many of the Google services.
First of all Facebook has now launched its social plugins and the facebook “like” button that websites can take advantage of – These are all a part of what facebook calls its open graph protocall. Here is a video that shows you some of the new facebook social plugins but also shows you how you can add the facebook like button -

The internet and social media is changing very rapidly and major players and being shifted out of their reigning positions, with facebook allowing a social aspect, a searching aspect, a more detailed analytics that give demographics and a platform now open to develop on top of this large beast how do you think the future will play out?
And how soon before Search Engine Results take the social sphere and people’s “likes” and online activity into account? Is this a new age of Social Engine Optimization?
